- How does the Tool Market work?
- Pro audio tools are sold individually inside the app, in the Tool Market — not as one bundle. Install SoundSeeker, then add the tools your workflow needs (each is a one-time buy, owned permanently). You don’t need Personal to buy a Tool Market tool; they work on the free tier too.
- Do you have a team or enterprise plan?
- Teams are handled through sales, not a self-serve plan. Shared workspace, role-based access, audit logs, playlist collaboration, and on-prem deployment are available — get in touch and we’ll scope it with you.
- Will my data still be there after the trial ends?
- Yes. When the trial ends you drop back to the free tier (traditional search); your imported library, tags, and playlists all stay. The AI features need a paid license to use again, but nothing you’ve made is deleted.
- Is there a student discount?
- Not at launch. If education pricing arrives, it’ll be announced on this page.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled per our Terms of Service. Because checkout is processed by our Merchant of Record, your receipt and any refund are managed through them — email support@soundseeker.ai with your order details. We also offer a 14-day full trial, so you can evaluate everything before buying.
